Introduction
This policy explains when cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds may apply.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • All purchases are non-refundable once payment is completed.
  • Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Applicants are offered a free trial class to help them make an informed decision before registering. Therefore, after payment is completed, refunds are not permitted.

Non-Refundable Services

  • All bundles
  • All single bookings
  • FREE sessions if missed without prior notice.

Cancellation by the Client

  • FREE sessions must be canceled by emailing ahead of time.
  • Paid sessions cannot be canceled for a refund but may be rescheduled (see below).

Cancellation by the Company
If YallaToClass must cancel a session due to teacher unavailability or technical issues, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Exchange or Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the session time.
  • Clients must use the student portal to reschedule.
  • Missed sessions without notice are counted as used.

Late or No-Show Policy

  • If a student does not attend or arrives late, the session is considered delivered.
  • No refunds or replacements apply.

Force Majeure
Sessions affected by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, outages) may be rescheduled; refunds are generally not issued
