Introduction

• These Terms and Conditions govern the use of YallaToClass services, including booking, scheduling, and participation in online learning sessions. By registering or booking any session, you agree to these terms.

Definitions

• “Company” refers to YallaToClass.
• “Client” or “Student” refers to any individual booking or attending sessions.
• “Session” refers to any online class delivered by YallaToClass teachers.
• “Bundle” refers to the Ten-Session or Twenty-Session prepaid packages.

Services Provided
YallaToClass provides online educational sessions delivered through Zoom and accessed via the student portal.

Booking and Reservation Terms

• Calendar hours are displayed automatically in your local time zone.
• Teachers have varying availability based on their schedules.
• A confirmation email containing the Zoom link and portal access will be sent immediately after booking. If not received, please check your junk folder. If not received, kindly prompt us on yallatoclass@gmail.com.
• Sessions may be booked up to 48 hours in advance.
• FREE sessions must be canceled by emailing YallaToClass@gmail.com ahead of time.

Pricing and Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
• Please ensure your card is enabled for OTP (One-Time Password) and 3D Secure authentication to complete your transaction safely.
• The Ten-Session Bundle must be used within 3 months of purchase.
• The Twenty-Session Bundle must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Once a booking or enrollment is confirmed and payment is received, refunds are not offered.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must:
  • Ensure accurate contact details. (Email-Phone Number)
  • Attend sessions on time.
  • Manage their student portal for booking and rescheduling.
    
    

Production Schedule and Deliverables
Session availability is dependent on teacher schedules. Booking ahead ensures your preferred time slots.

Intellectual Property Rights
Course materials, lesson content, and digital resources remain the property of YallaToClass and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without permission.

Use of Images and Videos
YallaToClass may capture screenshots or session snippets for quality control, but not for public marketing without explicit client consent.

Third-Party Vendors and Subcontractors
YallaToClass may use verified instructors and third-party service providers for payment processing, hosting, and communication.

Force Majeure
YallaToClass is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., outages, natural disasters).

Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s device or internet connection.
• YallaToClass acts as a technology platform connecting students with instructors for online learning. While we strive to provide a high-quality experience.
• The Company is not responsible for the actual quality, content, or outcomes of the lessons delivered by our instructors.
• The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate a student account if we reasonably believe there has been improper, illegal, or abusive behavior, including misuse of course materials or the platform.
• Students acknowledge that all sessions are conducted at their own risk, and YallaToClass disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Indemnification
Clients agree to use the platform responsibly and indemnify the Company from misuse or unlawful actions.

Confidentiality
All personal information and communication shared during services are kept confidential.

Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on the Company’s operational jurisdiction.

Amendments to Terms
The Company may update these Terms. Clients to check regularly and read well the T&C’s before registration.
